Polished Crystal is the superior version of Pokémon Crystal but it's not a Remake at all. Anyways, the best one without doubts are CrystalDust and Golden Sun.

If you’re looking for a faithful experience and don’t really care about it being in English, Pokemon Golden Sun is incredibly faithful and has both Kanto and Johto. It’s al in Japanese though, so keep that in mind.

Sep 26, 2023 · if a rom with these specifications does not work, the problem is with the emulator. except that in the case of DS it is better that they are Decrypted for use in the emulator and even in the case of some games... they need to be graced with an anti-piracy lock removal patch (apfix). which will produce a different hash once applied.

Crystal Dust is pretty good and really accurate, but it only goes up to the end of Johto. Liquid Crystal is a good remake, but the creator added many of his own characters and stories into the game which made it really cringy.
