Mar 13, 2025 · Mission Viejo Animal Services (MVAS) is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man related to an ongoing animal cruelty investigation. On Monday at approximately 7:20 pm, surveillance footage captured the individual discarding an injured cat into a dumpster near the 25000 block of Cabot Road in Laguna Hills.

Animal Services Officers are on duty from 7 am to 10 pm to respond to the following calls for service: stray dogs running loose, found animals for pick-up, and deceased animals.
