Dec 28, 2017 · Gen 1 remade in Gen 4: Heart Red once it's finished. Gen 2: Play Polished Crystal (more features, like running shoes) or Perfect Crystal. Maybe Crystal Emu Edition (more vanilla - just availability changes) Gen 2 remade in Gen 3: Play Crystal Dust (more faithful) OR Liquid Crystal (more changes).

Feb 6, 2019 · Perfect Crystal is fantastic! Pokemon Crystal is my favorite Pokemon game and one of my top ten favorite games of all time. I've spent hundreds of hours playing it and I look forward to completing the entire Pokedex for the first time in Crystal. The added item access and changes to gym leaders is wonderful.
