東京証券取引所は２０日、米投資ファンドのカーライル・グループ傘下で、Ｘ線分析機器大手のリガク（東京・昭島市）の上場を承認したと発表した。東証プライム市場に１０月２５日上場する。想定価格（１株１２３０円）に基づく上場時の時価総額は２７７０億円。
