Coca-Cola is expanding its beverage lineup with Simply Pop, a new prebiotic soda aimed at health-conscious consumers. The drink, which boasts "real fruit juice" and fiber, follows the success of brands like Olipop and Poppi.

O’Meara added, "Probiotics are typically found in fermented foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, or even sourdough. Prebiotics are typically found in high-fiber foods like fruits and vegetables. A common source of prebiotics people probably consume on a daily basis include onions and garlic!"
