WILLIAMSBURG TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - Nearly 900 employees at the Purina Plant in Williamsburg Township were sent home after a bomb threat Monday. A note reading "bomb inside" and the date were found shortly after 9 a.m. Management sent everyone home and called in the Clermont County Sheriff's Office.

The bomb threat was “communicated to” the registrar’s main facility on Berger Drive in North San Jose about 8 a.m. Saturday, leading to the evacuation of the building. Vote counting was suspended until the building can be cleared, according to the report.

As of Tuesday, Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon says that election offices in over half of the counties in the state have received bomb threats since Friday.

The threats come as election workers are still in the process of verifying the results of the 2024 election. Election offices in more than half of Minnesota’s counties have been targeted with emailed bomb threats since Nov.
