Days before Andrew Taake was pardoned for his role in the Jan. 6 riot the U.S. Capitol, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office requested he be held so he could be transferred back to Texas over a 2016 felony charge of online solicitation of a minor.

Andrew Taake, who pleaded guilty to attacking the police outside the Capitol, was just released from prison. He is being sought for charges in 2016 of soliciting a 17-year-old online for sex.
