President-elect Donald Trump announced Friday that he will move the inauguration ceremony indoors as Washington, DC prepares for record low temperatures. The ceremony will now take place inside the Capitol rotunda.

Trump will attend a signing room ceremony, followed by an inaugural luncheon in Statuary Hall. He then will review the troops on the east front of the Capitol. The parade will take place in Capitol One Arena, where Trump has invited attendees to also watch the swearing in ceremony.
