The Las Vegas Raiders have fired head coach Antonio Pierce after a 4-13 season. Pierce was let go after his first full season in the job, after taking interim charge at the end of the 2023 season. The Raiders were 2-2 to start the campaign but then lost 10 in a row before beating the Jacksonville Jaguars and the New Orleans Saints.

Meanwhile, other teams such as the New York Giants and Miami Dolphins decided to stick with their coach and general manager.
