Lou Holtz takes another shot at Ryan Day
The Fighting Irish's last meeting with the Buckeyes became notorious not just for the on-field action but also for the pre- and post-game antics involving Day and Holtz
It started following last year's meeting between the two teams, which saw Day fire back at Holtz, who questioned the physicality of Ohio State before the game. Although Holtz is 88 years old, he didn't forget Day's comments and took a jab at him on social media on Wednesday.

Ohio State RB Chip Trayanum plowed through the middle of Notre Dame's defensive line for a 1-yard touchdown on third-and-goal with one second left on the clock to seal the win. During a postgame interview with the NBC broadcast, Day, unprompted, went off on Holtz in a clip that went instantly viral.
