Mark Zuckerberg, Chairman and CEO of Meta Platforms, Inc. (NASDAQ:META), executed significant stock transactions recently. According to a recent SEC filing, Zuckerberg sold a total of 21,000 shares of Meta's Class A common stock on January 28,

Zuckerberg went on to say that Meta is building a data center of over two GW (gigawatts, a big amount of energy) "that is so large it would cover a significant part of Manhattan."

"This will be a defining year for AI," Mack Zuckerberg, Meta CEO, said in a Facebook post. "This is a massive effort, and over the coming years it will drive our core products and business."
