Sen. Colton Moore gives update
A Georgia state senator has been taken into custody after he tried to defy an order banning him from the House chambers during Gov. Brian Kemp's State of the State Address.
According to arrest warrants, Moore is charged with one misdemeanor count of Willful Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers.

Moore was previously banned from the house for making disparaging remarks about Former Speaker David Ralston, who died in 2022.
