Trump has largely kept quiet on abortion since taking office, but during Friday’s annual March for Life rally, he let them know he is in their corner.

Rally organizers estimated a crowd of up to 150,000 would turn out and send a message to Trump, who is a complicated figure for the antiabortion movement.
