Earl Raynard Anderson was charged after a woman contacted Warren police and alleged that her 12-year-old daughter received sexually explicit text messages from Anderson on Feb. 22, police said.

Charges over inappropriate text messages sent to a 12-year-old have been bound over to Macomb County Circuit Court.
