Progress has been made for Drake in his defamation lawsuit against Universal Music Group. News of Drake being allowed to request Kendrick Lamar‘s contract and other documents in the “Not Like Us” lawsuit have surfaced.

UMG was denied its request to delay discovery in the lawsuit after the company said Drake's document requests put an "undue burden" on the company.

Drake is making some progress as a judge allows him to request Kendrick Lamar‘s Universal Music Group (UMG) record deal in his “Not Like Us” defamation lawsuit while denying UMG’s request to delay discovery.
