With the promise of an all-star cast led by Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom and Infinity War and Endgame’s creative team back in action, the fifth Avengers movie could bring back much of the franchise’s lost spark.

Marvel has announced the return of some Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) stars in 2026's "Avengers: Doomsday," including Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Anthony Mackie as Captain America, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes and Tom Hiddleston as Loki.

Marsden, an Oklahoma native, was joined by other castmates from the original trilogy, including Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen and Rebecca Romijn.
