Sarkisian discussed Manning’s future as the Longhorns QB, Quinn Ewers’ NFL prospects and which Longhorns could show out at the NFL Combine.

Well, according to Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian, one thing is a certainty heading into the 2025 offseason: QB Arch Manning will be the starter for his team next fall. No real blockbuster there, but it still wasn't something that Sarkisian was willing to admit to on Thursday - until FanDuel Sports Network's Kay Adams managed to gradually drag it out of him.

The Quinn Ewers era at Texas has come to a close after he declared for the 2025 NFL Draft, opening the way for Arch Manning to take over as the team's full-time starting quarterback heading into the next season.

During an interview with Kay Adams, Steve Sarkisian said that new starting quarterback Arch Manning is "ready for the moment."
