The Colorado Lottery said Brandon F. of Grand Junction won $1 million on a $25 Million Cash Explosion scratch ticket. The lottery said the golden ticket was purchased at a Safeway in Grand Junction.

But in those two decades, he’s never scored anything close to his recent win on a $25 Million Cash Explosion scratch ticket, Colorado Lottery officials said in a March 27 news release.
