While Super Micro may be delisted soon, another AI data center play called TSS has just gained entry to the Nasdaq.

Super Micro Computer stock fell 4.4% Wednesday after it delayed the filing of its quarterly 10-Q form to the Securities and Exchanges Commission. It also has yet to file its 10-K annual report for the period ended June 30,

Super Micro Computer said on Wednesday it would delay the filing of its financial report for the September quarter, as the AI server-maker seeks a new auditor amid a delisting threat following its failure to submit its annual report.

Shares of Super Micro Computer (SMCI) hit a new 52-week low on Thursday morning as the AI-focused hardware company struggles with filing its quarterly report (Form 10-Q) for the period ending September 30.

The server maker disclosed it will be late with its quarterly filing in addition to its past annual one. Super Micro also said it needs additional time to find a new auditor.

AI server maker Super Micro Computer said on Wednesday it is unable to file its quarterly report on form 10-Q for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2024 in a timely manner, amid its ongoing delay in filing an annual report.

Like a frog in a pot of boiling water, things keep getting more uncomfortable for Super Micro Computer (NASDAQ: SMCI) as times goes on. Supermicro's growing accounting debacle began in late August as the target of a short report from Hindenburg Research.
