An AMBER Alert has now been issued for a missing Wisconsin teen believed to be in Arkansas. LONOKE COUNTY, Ark. — Update: 40-year-old Gary F. Day has been charged with kidnapping 16-year-old Sophia Franklin of Wisconsin, who is reportedly still missing after an Amber Alert was issued on February 3.
Police believe the pregnant 16-year-old is with a 40-year-old man, despite a no-contact order between the two.
