The Veilguard finished, Bioware has set its sights to the stars with the next Mass Effect game. As such, the developer restructured the studio, claiming it does not require the support of a full studio.

The Veilguard was recently deemed an underperformer by EA. Following that, BioWare has announced that it's being restructured, with team members being let go or moved to other projects within EA. A "core team" at the studio is currently working on the next Mass Effect,
