No. 1 Texas Longhorns baseball team had its 10-game winning streak snapped by No. 11 Arkansas. Even worse, the Razorbacks went on to sweep the series.

Arkansas is going for a series sweep of top-ranked Texas today at Baum-Walker Stadium. First pitch is scheduled for 2 p.m. The Razorbacks have won by a combined score of 15-1 thus far in the series. The Longhorns have been held to 7 hits and have struck out 29 times in the series.

Texas baseball will spend the next two weeks scoreboard watching instead of coasting. After the Longhorns lost to Arkansas for the third time in as many days on Saturday, what was once a healthy cushion at the top of the SEC standings now looks too slim for comfort.
