We have a nationwide practice helping injured federal workers with workers’ compensation matters relating to workplace injury. We work extensively with matters involving the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP) and helping injured federal workers navigate the OWCP and Federal Employee Compensation Act (FECA) claims process. We also have a great deal of experience helping Longshore and Harbor Workers with their injury claims. We represent civilians injured while working on military bases or while on contract overseas with Defense Base Act claims.
