Walked around here on a winters day, lots of great photos of the water and the skyline across they way. this is also where the tobaggan ride is, which i highly recommend.Full review by HeddyG773

Hire a guide and let them know first what your particular situation and limitations are. Everyone was very accommodating and I' sure they will have an answer.

It was the Thursday night when we were there... They were spectacular. I believe the rest of August is Thursdays and Saturday evenings. It started around 9:30pm or so.

Can you walk to Terrasse Dufferin from the cruise pier? Is there only one pier for cruise ships?

Top shape..walk.If not use bus,shuttle if cruse has one,taxi it is a short distance or finuclaire for the lift the rest is flat walking.

Where to get on ride from terrasse to lower town?
A:
In front of the Fairmont Hotel. You will see a large sign for the funicular and take a set of stairs down to get on the actual funicular.

I noticed on street parking near the terresse but imagine parking is easier to find during non-tourist height periods. We parked in the town hall garage, which is about a 5-10" walk. There may also be parking at the Hotel Frontenac but not positive if available to non-guests.
