It has been lovingly restored in 2015, with new appliances, flooring and furnishings. Each of the two bedrooms is furnished with a queen-size bed, bed-side tables and lamps. There is (free) WiFi throughout the cottage. The living room features a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, comfortable chairs and a large couch. In the farmhouse kitchen there is a dining table with four chairs, a double sink, and ample cupboard space, as well as a (new) electric range and oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The small but full bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet and sink. There is a small laundry room with a new washer and a new dryer. From the living room and front porch there are sweeping views of vineyard and farm land, rolling hills, and in the distance the foothills of the Los Padres National Forest.
