We have purchased our tickets online directly from Teatro Colon and received etickets. The email said no need to print, to just show the eticket, but did not say what entrance to use or if need to go to box office. Where do we enter and where do we meet the theater's tour guide? Thanks

At the time of our visit, only one entrance was open, and signs directed us around the block. You'll enter into a hallway near the ticket office, and it will be clear where to meet your tour guide.
