No, this is a great venue to see a concert. There is free parking downtown and it costs $4 for a return bus ride. The venue itself is beautiful, with lots of friendly staff. Every assigned seat has a great view with the addition of 2 big screens. The acoustics are also excellent. We keep coming back. Don't let the negative comments deter you.
