There are parts that are accessible but many areas that would be a challenge file a wheelchair user.

Yes,you can bring a stroller, and no, you not need to buy ticket for baby. You can visit, for free,a lot of interesting places and where acces is with tax, for 2 years old baby is free. Enjoy !
