24/7. It's on a pullout off the Steese Hwy, north of Fairbanks. Park your car, walk across a small bridge & there is the pipeline, along with signs that explain the history, etc. Can be seen from the road & accessed all the time. There is no enclosed building. There's an exhibit about the pipeline in the Museum of the North at the Univ. of AK at Fairbanks. That site and the Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center are both excellent sources of information about AK & Fairbanks.
